Anti wrinkle Treatments

Anti-wrinkle treatments (commonly known as Botox) are the most popular anti-ageing treatment across the world due to their quick and effective results. Botulinum toxin works by temporarily blocking the signals that tell specific facial muscles to move. This temporary reduced movement noticeably prevents expressive fine lines & wrinkles. After the treatment, it is expected that you will start to see an improvement within 3/4 days. The full result may be seen at 2-3 weeks. You will be invited to attend a review appointment at 2 weeks where the success of the treatment will be assessed and adjustments made, if necessary. This kind of treatment isn’t permanent and re-treatment will be required every 3-4 months. For some patients it can last longer if the same area is retreated regularly.

At your initial complimentary consultation we will discuss your aims and expectations from the treatment. You are then required to have a 7 day 'cooling off' period to ensure you are happy to proceed before your anti-wrinkle injections.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal Fillers Contain Hyaluronic Acid which is found naturally in your skin. Hyaluronic Acid absorbs water and keeps your skin hydrated. As we age, our skin loses hyaluronic acid and produces less collagen and elastin.

This is when fine lines and wrinkles start to appear. Some of these fine lines are caused by external factors such as sun damage, diet, smoking and years of continuous facial movement. Dermal fillers are designed to help replace volume loss. They can also be used in areas such as the lips to add volume or correct any natural occurring asymmetry. Topical numbing cream is used to help make the treatment as comfortable as possible. Swelling and bruising are very common immediately following treatment. All risks and possible complications are discussed fully at your consultation before committing to the treatment. You will be contacted 2 weeks after treatment to ensure the area is settling. You are encouraged to immediately get in touch should you be concerned about your recovery. An enzyme called Hyalase can be injected into the filler to dissolve it if a complication should arise. Likewise if you have had previous filler and wish to have it electively dissolved then please get in touch to discuss this. We do not treat anyone under the age of 18.

Our luxury facial begins with a double cleanse which ensures that your skin is thoroughly clean. The skin is then treated with an enzyme peel. Natural multi-action enzymes effectively and painlessly exfoliate skin by removing the top layer of dead skin cells, revealing a bright new complexion. Steam will then be used to open your pores. An ultrasonic cleanser uses sound waves to draw out sebum and dirt from your pores.

Dermaplaning removes vellus hairs (peach fuzz), leaving your face feeling silky smooth and improves how makeup sits on your face.

A serum, targeted to your skin concerns, will be applied, icy globes are used as a cold massage for the facial muscles and help the serum to absorb into your skin. LED (light-emitting diode) light therapy is a non-invasive treatment that enters the skin’s layers to improve the skin.

LED light therapy helps treat a variety of skin concerns and conditions, including:

Eczema, hair loss, mild to moderate acne, psoriasis, rosacea, sun damage and wrinkles.

Red LED light is proven to kick start cell regeneration and stimulate the cells responsible for new collagen & elastin leaving the skin smoother and firmer and reducing scars. Also helps to boost blood circulation, strengthen and detox the skin.

Perfect for combating fine lines and wrinkles, broken capillaries, sensitive skin, dull or uneven skin.

Blue LED light has been proven to reduce acne breakouts, this beneficial blue light kills acne causing bacteria which are responsible for causing inflammation in the skin.

Our LED facial begins with a double cleansing of the skin. A painless enzyme peel will be applied, removing dead skin cells and allowing maximum penetration by the LED. A ceramide mask will be applied and left to work in synergy with the LED. We end the facial with a highly active moisturiser.

There is no set treatment plan, we will tailor a plan to suit your personal skincare concerns. Results take time as the light is stimulating your own body to do the work.

You can have LED facials as often as weekly. As with many treatments, it takes more than one to see results.

Fat dissolve

Deso is a fat dissolving injection that helps treat localised, stubborn fat on the face and body that just won’t shift with diet and exercise. It is a form of lipolysis, a non-invasive treatment which accelerates the body’s natural fat removal process.

The active ingredient is deoxycholic acid – a bile acid which naturally emulsifies and solubilises dietary fats in the intestine. It is a cytolytic medication which means it helps break down a specific type of cell; in this case fat cells, when injected under the skin to give a slimmer and firmer outcome.

The area of concern is injected with Deso to liquefy (and permanently destroy) fat cells, which drain naturally through the body’s lymphatic system over the course of a few weeks.

Deso is separated into concentrations for the face and the body, and is an effective treatment for double chins, love handles, inner arms, stomach fat, inner thighs, knees and more.

While Deso is not designed to treat obesity, the injectable treatment is a successful solution for targeting specific areas. We suggest you use this in addition of a healthy balanced diet and exercise. Although we are destroying fat cells, the ones that are left can still grow if calorie intake is higher than calories expended.

Usually a course of 3 or 4 treatments will be required at 4-6 weekly intervals. Between 2 and 4 treatments can be expected to treat double chins. The number of treatments needed is dependent on the amount of fat to remove and will be discussed at your consultation. Some areas may need up to 7 treatments.

Biotin

Derma Eye

Bags under eyes are mild swelling or puffiness under the eyes. They're common as you age and the tissues around your eyes weaken, including some of the muscles supporting your eyelids. Fat that helps support the eyes can then move into the lower eyelids, causing them to appear puffy. Fluid may also accumulate below your eyes. This treatment drains the bag and reduces darkness. A complimentary consultation is advised to ensure your bags are fluid and not fat.

This is a non-surgical remedy for puffy eye bags. Small micro droplets of Derma Eye is injected superficially into the skin around the bag. The ingredients work synergistically to drain the fluid, and in most cases, produce brilliant results.

A course of 3-4 treatments is needed 7-10 days apart. Maintenance is then around 6-18 months.

Peptide Complex:

ACETYL HEXAPEPTIDE-30: Is a cousin longer chain acetyl molecule than classic acetyl hexapeptide 3 and 8. Likewise, it inhibits the release of both pre- and post-synaptic acetylcholine to block the nerve signals that cause muscles to contract and, as a result, to form lines and wrinkles. This reduction in the intensity of the nerve signal and muscle contractions reduces and prevents the formation of dynamic wrinkles that make the skin appear aged;

Anti darkness and eye bag draining complex:

ARGININE: Basic amino acid with hydrating and restorative properties of collagen;

ARTICHOKE EXTRACT: A valid ally with a draining action to combat water retention or rid the body of toxins. It is also a supplement of minerals and vitamins, including vitamin A, vitamin C, magnesium, potassium, niacin, biotin and folic acid. Its action brings benefits especially at the level of the microcirculation by improving it;

CAFFEINE: vasodilating and improving microcirculation properties able to remove redness by improving blood circulation in the area of application;

ESCIN: can increase the tone of the blood vessel walls and promote the contractility of the veins, reducing the stagnation of blood and facilitating its return to the heart. Also taken in case of peripheral venous insufficiency;

Multivitamin Complex:

ASCORBIC ACID: Vitamin C stimulates the metabolism of the connective tissue and the enzymes that are responsible for the production of collagen. Stimulates connective tissue metabolism, inhibits collagen degradation, helps heal connective tissue damage, brightens and lightens;

TOCOPHEROL ACETATE: Is an ester of Tocopherol, or Vitamin E. It has antioxidant activity.

I'm Rhiain, founder and face behind Rhijuvenate Aesthetics. I am originally a registered veterinary nurse. In my 19 years of nursing I have worked in first opinion and a referral hospital where I was a dedicated neurology nurse.

Over my 19 years nursing I have gained a huge amount of medical experience, from disease management, sterility, infection control and anesthetia, as well as anatomy and physiology. All of this knowledge and skills are transferable to humans and I believe that sets me apart from my peers in a field where you can train with no prior medical experience.

Over the last few years I have had huge interest in anti aging, from getting Botox myself, to learning what to put on my skin and what supplements to take to make my skin as youthful as possible! It's been a dream of mine to be an aesthetic practitioner for a few years now, and I'm so pleased to finally be here.

I have trained and practiced at an accredited academy with leading medical training providers at Creative Touch so that I can offer a wide range of treatments including anti wrinkle injections, dermal filler injections, fat dissolve, medical grade skincare along with facial treatments including dermaplaning and microneedling.

Situated in the heart of Petersfield, Hampshire. You can find us in the Treatment room above SalonSIXTEEN. This room is maintained to high level of cleanliness and there is no access through the room which limits the risk of infection.

The Treatment room can be accessed via Swan street carpark, where there is ample parking (local rates apply).

When you arrive for your appointment , please ring the middle buzzer and we will let you in.

Booking

For some of the treatments listed, it is essential we conduct a face to face consultation prior to your treatment. This helps us to understand your needs and gives us a chance to get to know one another. We will conduct a clinical consultation to ensure you are medically fit for treatment, and this will also be your opportunity to ask any questions or highlight any concerns you may have.

For those clients opting for Botox treatments you will need to meet with me prior to your treatment appointment. We will take into account your overall medical health to ensure that you are fit and well to receive treatment. It is also important that we do this to ensure that the treatment is safe, effective and personalised to you. All consultations are free and there is no obligation to go ahead with treatment.

Once we have completed the consultation and confirmed you are medically safe to go ahead, we will book your treatment date. After your treatment I operate an open door policy, so any questions you may have I am always contactable for any aftercare concerns or needs.

We do not treat anyone under 18yrs old. You may be asked to provide proof of age if we are in doubt.

A deposit of 30% will be required to secure an appointment for any service. The deposit will be taken at the time of booking of the appointment. The booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you give us at least 48 hours notice that you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. We understand everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances are beyond your control. If you have to cancel your appointment, we ask that you give as much notice as possible, we require at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment for your deposit to be transferred to a future booking.

If the cancellation is less than 48 hours notice your deposit we will be lost.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms and conditions under which services are provided by Rhijuvenate Aesthetics ("we," "us," or "our") to our clients ("you" or "your"). By scheduling an appointment or receiving services from Rhijuvenate Aesthetics, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

**1. Consultations and Services:**

1.1. All clients are required to undergo a consultation before receiving any aesthetic treatment. The purpose of the consultation is to assess your suitability for the requested treatment and to provide recommendations based on your individual needs.

1.2. The results of aesthetic treatments may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific results, and individual outcomes may differ.

**2. Appointments:**

2.1. Appointments are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. We recommend booking appointments well in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

2.2. We require a 30% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

**3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:**

3.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

3.2. In the case of a no-show or failure to provide notice of cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a fee or retain the full deposit.

**4. Payment:**

4.1. Payment for services is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, credit cards and bank transfer.

**5. Medical History and Health Considerations:**

5.1. Clients are required to provide accurate and complete medical history information during the consultation. Failure to disclose relevant health information may impact the safety and effectiveness of treatments.

5.2. Some treatments may have contraindications based on certain medical conditions, medications, or allergies. It is your responsibility to inform us of any health-related concerns.

6.1. All aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks and potential side effects. We will provide you with information about the expected outcomes, potential risks, and aftercare instructions for each treatment.

**7. Confidentiality:**

7.1. We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any personal or medical information shared with us will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

**8. Right to Refuse Services:**

8.1. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client at our discretion, particularly if we believe that a treatment may not be suitable for you based on medical or ethical considerations.

**9. Governing Law:**

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hampshire County Council. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hampshire County Council.

By booking an appointment and receiving services from Rhijuvenate Aesthetics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
